TOOL DESIGN & FABRICATION
We provide a one-stop solution for tool & die manufacturing
for our customers worldwide. We have over 10 years in tool & die
fabrication for stamped parts used in various industries
including electronics, hard disk drives, telecommunications,
computer & peripherals and connectors. Our capability in
tooling fabrication range from conventional to high speed
carbide progressive toolings. Over the years, we have build
toolings of various sizes; some as large as over 2 meters.
To suppport our capability, we have power presses ranging from
35 tons to 300 tons, a high number of precision machining
equipments and a strong quality control system. But the most
important of all, we have a responsive team of designers,
machinists and toolmakers in Avantek to take care of your First
Article deadlines.
PRECISION MACHINING
With our technical know-how and a complete range of machining
equipments, we fabricate a wide range of precision spares and
components for tool & die, injection moulds, clean room
facilities, machine tools and other engineering products for
various industries.
We offer services ranging from CNC milling, precision grinding,
profile and jig grinding and high precision wire cuting. Our
capability include producing very fine surface quality and an
accuracy of up to 2 microns.
To ensure our high customer service level, our precision
machining services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
JIGS & FIXTURES
As an extension from our precision machining and assembly
experience, we are able to to provide jig & fixture fabrication
and assembly. Our customers requirements range from less
stringent tolerances to an accuracy of 2 microns.
PROTOTYPE SERVICES
In our support services to our customers, we provide
prototyping services to assist our customers in their product
sample submissions. Such support includes building soft tools to
stamp small quantity of product parts and/or using machining to
fabricate the parts before manufacturing a hard tooling for
subsequent long run production. |
